Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an error on our part. If such an error occurs, please contact us promptly by phone or email, and we will work diligently to correct it. Once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellation requests.

Regarding breakages during shipping, while we take every precaution to ensure proper packaging, we rely on courier services to handle packages with care. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and reach out to us immediately.

Once your item has been unpacked, we cannot assume responsibility for any breakages. We provide care instructions with our products, especially for delicate items like mirror name plaques. Mirror acrylic, in particular, is extremely fragile and must be handled with care. Avoid holding your name plaque by one end to prevent stress on the letter joins, which could cause breakage. Additionally, be cautious not to use harsh materials that could scratch the mirror acrylic.

When adhering acrylic to plywood or other surfaces, we utilize industrial-strength double-sided tape suitable for laser cutting. While this tape is robust, please exercise caution to avoid putting undue stress on the lettering, especially on small components like dots on "i's" and "j's."
