Materials and Design:
Our mats are made from durable and natural coconut fibers. The backing keeps the door mat firmly in place and reduces the risk of slipping.

Care Instructions:
We recommend that you keep your doormat in a dry, covered area. The mat will last longer this way. To clean the mat, sweep, vacuum or shake it out. Do not saturate the mat in water. Excess water can cause discoloration or fading of the design.

Returns/ Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom designs because every item is handmade to order specifically for you. If for some reason, there is an error/mistake on your design or the mat is damaged during shipping please reach out to us so we can resolve. Please double check your order and notify us immediately if you need to make any changes to the design.
